Facilities
A choice of rooms, communal areas and dining to suit all.
Remyck House has 26 rooms, including two double rooms which can be made available for couples, if required. 7 of our rooms have an en-suite toilet and 8 have en-suite bathroom and toilet.
We encourage our residents (if they wish) to bring their own furnishings and decorations in order to make them as personalised and homely as possible, and each room has an individual telephone point.
We offer two communical lounges, one of which is used by those residents who prefer a quieter environment, and a communal garden with outdoor seating area.
Our two chefs offer a varied 4 weeks rolling menu of home cooked food, with cooked breakfasts available according to the resident’s choice and two options for lunch and supper. Residents can choose to eat together in our dining room or, if they prefer, eat in their own room or in the lounge.
Don’t just take our word for it:

“I am very pleased and in awe of the professional, outstanding care and unconditional time for each resident. I cannot thank you enough.”

“A very friendly residential home run with exceptional care and dignity for the elderly. All aspects of care and concern were discussed with family members. Real good entertainment with bands and pantos and joined in singing which the residents enjoyed wholeheartedly. My family member was very happy and content in their care.”
“Mum has been very happy here. The staff are very caring and attentive, most are long-term staff who know Mum very well and communicate with me if they have any concerns.”
